matters needing attention
1) Avoid spicy hot food: such as Rooster meat, mutton, dog meat, sparrow meat, eggs, crucian carp, and so on. 2) Avoid fatty, greasy and sweet food: such as wine, sugar and high-fat food (such as fat pork, fried pork chop, fried steak) and all kinds of fried food. 3) Avoid spicy food: such as pepper, chili sauce, chili oil, pepper, fennel, mustard, curry, ginger and all kinds of fried dishes with chili.
