What is syphilitic arthritis?
Syphilitic arthralgia usually occurs in stage II syphilis, before or at the same time of rash. Pain is generally not severe, mostly dull pain or joint fatigue. There may be slight tenderness and pain after exercise. The pain was obvious at night.
