Large cauliflower like exophytic tumors and ulcerative cavity tumors are prone to vaginal bleeding.

Other symptoms of tumor infiltration and progression, such as lower abdominal and lumbosacral pain, lower abdominal and defecation falling sensation, bloody stool, dysdefecation, frequent urination, hematuria, lower extremity edema, etc. Later stage patients will also have anemia, weight loss and other cachexia symptoms.
