When does 7 valence pneumonic vaccine hit

First, 3-6-month-old infants were inoculated with 3 doses of 0.5 ml each, 1 dose each at 3, 4 and 5 months old, with an interval of at least 1 month. The fourth dose was inoculated at the age of 12-15 months.

Second: infants aged 7-11 months were inoculated with 2 doses of 0.5 ml each, with an interval of at least 1 month. The third dose was given at the age of 12-24 months. Children aged 12-23 months were vaccinated with 2 doses of 0.5 ml each at an interval of at least 2 months.

Third: one dose for children aged from 24 months to 5 years.

matters needing attention

1. This vaccine may not have protective effect on all vaccinated individuals. 2. The vaccination of high risk infants / children should be based on the consideration of individualized vaccination. At present, the safety and immunogenicity data of this vaccine for infants / children with sickle cell disease are limited; the safety and immunogenicity data of this vaccine for other high-risk infants / children with pneumococcal invasive diseases (such as congenital and acquired spleen dysfunction, HIV infection, malignant tumor, nephrotic syndrome, etc.) are not available. 3. For children under 24 months old (including high-risk infants), the immunization procedure and dose corresponding to their age should be used. This conjugate vaccine can not replace the 23 valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine in children aged ≥ 24 months with high risk of invasive diseases caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, such as sickle cell disease, asplenia, HIV infection, chronic diseases or impaired immune function. 4. Infants suffering from acute febrile diseases should be postponed vaccination. 5. As with all other vaccines for injection, corresponding medical and rescue measures (such as 1:1000 epinephrine, etc.) should be prepared to prevent rare allergic events after vaccination. 6. Intravenous injection of this vaccine is prohibited.
