summary

You may think that poisoning is far away from all of us, but it's not like this. A neighbor of my family often goes to his home to play, but not long ago his home was poisoned. Let's talk about how to deal with serious poisoning.

How to deal with serious poisoning

First: if you are bitten by a snake, it is most important to fight for time after being bitten. First of all, you need to find a cloth belt or long shoelace to tie on the centripetal side of the wound, but be sure to pay attention to 15 minutes to relax for 2-3 minutes. The snake venom on the wound surface was repeatedly rinsed with cold water. Then, take the tooth mark as the center, cut the skin of the wound into a cross shape with a sterilized knife.

Second: in case of gas poisoning, loosen the clothes button, keep the respiratory tract unobstructed, remove the mouth and nose secretions. In case of sudden respiratory arrest, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration should be carried out immediately, and external cardiac massage should be given. Acupuncture treatment should be carried out immediately. The selected points are Taiyang, Lieque, Renzhong, Shaoshang, Shixuan, Hegu, Yongquan, Zusanli, etc. Patients with mild or moderate poisoning can gradually wake up after acupuncture.

Third: for some heavy metal poisoning, gastric lavage should be done as soon as possible, with milk, egg white or vegetable oil. Vegetable oil can dissolve phenol without resorting to it. Avoid gastric lavage with mineral oil. Gastric lavage can be discontinued by repeated gastric lavage. Leave Vegetable Oil 60ml or Aluminium Hydroxide Gel 30ml to protect gastric mucosa. For those with severe esophageal injury, gastric lavage is not allowed. For those who inhale, leave the scene, clean the skin and inhale oxygen.
