Symptoms of anterior cruciate ligament injury

Update Date: Source: Network

summary

Last year, my brother was a college student who just came out of society. Once he came home, he said his knee was very painful. My mother found that his knee was obviously swollen, and even could not bend. My mother rubbed it for him and found that it was useless, so she immediately sent him to the hospital. The doctor said it was a cruciate ligament injury. Later, after treatment and cultivation, he basically recovered. I would like to share my experience with you now.

Symptoms of anterior cruciate ligament injury

First: after being sent to the hospital, the doctor asked him to lie on the bed first, then asked him to bend his knees, cross his hands and hold his calf, then pushed his calf forward and backward, and finally found out that it was cruciate ligament injury.

Second: after a month and a half of fixation, the doctor asked his brother to do some rehabilitation training, mainly to let him move more knee joints. At the beginning, he will be asked to do knee flexion in bed, and then he will be asked to do some exercises like gymnastics to exercise his knee muscles and speed up his recovery. A month later, my brother has basically recovered.

Third: then I will do surgery for my brother to repair the torn ligament, and use some special steel nails to fix the ligament, so as to prevent the ligament from shaking excessively and tearing again. And plaster the foot below the knee.

matters needing attention

Arthroscopic examination of the knee showed hematocele, bleeding or small blood clot agglutination at the fracture end of ACL. The injury of the sub synovial ligament seems normal under arthroscopy, but its length and tension are abnormal, which may indicate the possibility of the injury.
