Refers to the occurrence of malignant tumors in the uterine vagina and cervical canal. So what are the early symptoms of uterine cancer?
Early manifestation of uterine cancer
First, uterine bleeding: irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause is the main symptom of endometrial cancer, often a small to moderate amount of bleeding, rarely a large amount of bleeding. Not only younger or near menopausal patients are easily mistaken for irregular menstruation and do not see a doctor in time, but even doctors are often negligent. Individual also has menstrual cycle delay, but the performance is irregular. In postmenopausal patients, continuous or intermittent vaginal bleeding is common. Endometrial cancer patients generally have no contact bleeding. There may be rotten meat like tissue in the late stage of hemorrhage.
Second, vaginal discharge: because adenocarcinoma grows in the uterine cavity, the chance of infection is less than cervical cancer, so in the early stage there may be only a small amount of bloody leucorrhea, but after the occurrence of infection and necrosis, there will be a large number of stinky pus like liquid discharge. Sometimes the drainage can be mixed with small pieces of cancer tissue. If the cervical cavity empyema, cause fever, abdominal pain, leukocytosis. The general situation has also deteriorated rapidly.
Third, pain: due to cancer and bleeding and discharge of blood stasis, stimulate irregular uterine contraction and cause paroxysmal pain, accounting for about 10-46%. Most of the symptoms occur in the late stage. If the cancer tissue penetrates the serosa or erodes the parauterine connective tissue, bladder, rectum or oppresses other tissues, it can also cause pain, which is often intractable and progressive; and it radiates from lumbosacral, lower abdomen to thigh and knee. Endometrial cancer occurs at a later age, and pregnancy seems impossible.
