What about undernutrition?

Update Date: Source: Network

summary

Almost all parents are most worried about their children's lack of nutrition, height and strength. They always encourage their children to eat more and eat better. But no matter how much the baby eats, parents always feel that it's not enough, and they are always worried that the baby's nutrition intake is insufficient. This is a common disease of modern parents, which also constitutes a problem of feeding the baby. Let's share my experience with you.

What about undernutrition?

Developing good eating habits is the key. Some babies have a small appetite, so they should try to eat less snacks. If they have regular diet, good sleep and good spirit, then parents should not worry too much. Eating too much is not conducive to the healthy growth of the baby. The concept of "little fat man" should be changed.

At present, the incidence of infant obesity in China has exceeded 10%, and studies show that the obesity rate of 6-month-old obese children in adulthood is 14%; 41% of the 7-year-old children were obese, and 70% of the 10-13-year-old children were obese. It can be seen that the over nutrition in infants and young children will be the "latent killer" of obesity in adults, and become the "invisible bomb" of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease.

Obese children with high blood lipids are more likely to have fatty liver and steatohepatitis. The longer the history of obesity, the more serious the metabolic disorders, and the greater the risk of diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cholelithiasis, gout and other diseases in adulthood.

Too much calcium is prone to hypotension. Too much calcium in children is prone to hypotension and puts them at risk of heart disease in the future. If calcium and vitamin D are excessive, it is easy to cause hypercalcemia. If calcium is deposited around the cornea, it will affect vision. If calcium is deposited on the heart valve, it will affect heart function. If calcium is deposited on the vascular wall, it will aggravate vascular sclerosis.
