Vulvar Hodgkin's disease?
Patients usually have painless lymphadenopathy, especially in the neck, armpit, or groin and other parts. In the early stage, most of them are not painful and itchy, and they are hard and movable nodules, so they are often ignored. Some patients will also have systemic symptoms, such as fever, night sweats, pruritus and unexplained weight loss. If these symptoms appear, we should pay high attention to whether they are suffering from the disease, so as to find and treat them early.
The first symptom of Hodgkin's disease is painless superficial lymphadenopathy, which occurs in the neck as high as 70%, followed by supraclavicular region, and primary lesions can be found in other regions. Patients with tuberous sclerosis often have mediastinal lymph node invasion, and superior vena cava compression sign may also appear when the tumor is large. When the para aortic lymph node is invaded, the patient will have low back pain. About 20% - 30% of the patients have splenomegaly, pharyngeal lymph ring and extranodal invasion are rare, and a few patients have lung, bone, chest and pericardium invasion. About 30% - 40% of the patients have fever, fatigue, night sweats, weight loss and other systemic symptoms.
In the early stage of lymphocarcinoma, the initial manifestation of lymphoma is asymptomatic superficial lymphadenopathy. About 60% - 80% of patients with Hodgkin's disease and about 30% - 40% of patients without Hodgkin's disease may first develop cervical lymphadenopathy. About 20% - 35% of the primary lesions of non Hodgkin's lymphoma are organs and tissues other than lymph nodes, such as tonsil, tongue base, nasopharynx, gastrointestinal tract, mediastinal barrier, liver, spleen, bone and skin.
matters needing attention
As Hodgkin's disease is the so-called lymphoma, the focus will not be limited to a specific organ or only grow in a certain part. Therefore, if there is any discomfort or abnormal condition in the body, we should pay special attention to whether there are continuously enlarged lymph glands or tumors. No one can say for sure who and when the illness will be found. What we can do is to keep a good life, a balanced diet and regular exercise. You know, everyone may have disease factors, let yourself always keep the best state, the probability of illness to find you, naturally reduce a lot.
